Sewing Machine Orientation

Computer Lab. Learn how to book time with the Kingwood Library’s Singer Sewing Machine! This orientation session will introduce participants to sewing machine operation. Those who complete the class will be able to request time to use a sewing machine at HCPL branches. Attending this orientation is mandatory before patrons can request time to use a sewing machine. Please note that this is not a sewing instruction class. Participants will learn basic machine operation only. This event is open to those ages 13 and older. Teens ages 13-16 must be accompanied by an adult guardian. Registration is required. After you register for the program, please create a Beanstack account if you do not already have one. You can sign up for a Beanstack account here: https://hcpl.beanstack.com/reader365. Due to demand, if you have not arrived by 5 minutes after the start of the program, your spot will be released.
