Join us this spring for Senior Tai Chi, a gentle, low-impact exercise program designed to improve balance, flexibility, strength, and overall well-being. Led in a supportive and welcoming environment, these in-person sessions are perfect for older adults of all experience levels — whether you’re new to Tai Chi or looking to continue your practice. Classes will be held at the Wayne Bryant Community Center in Lawnside at 1 PM on select Tuesdays throughout the spring. Participants will enjoy guided movements that promote relaxation, coordination, and mindfulness while connecting with others in the community.
