Join Pua for a workout+worship experience! A soul-centered strength and sculpt experience in a heated room. Set to contemporary worship music, this class trades cardio for "Sanctuary Moments"- intentional pauses for praise, gratitude and prayer. Note from Pua: I will be offering more than just a workout! I want to bridge the gap between fitness and faith, physical grit and spiritual grace. Let's move away from "vanity-driven" goals and move toward working out to honor the body as a sanctuary in order to stay strong for the work God has for us. We will use the heat of the room to refine the body with intentional moments of reflection to restore the spirit.
