Join Erin for a workout + worship experience! A soul-centered, full-body workout based in barre technique… …designed to strengthen and challenge each muscle group for 40 minutes, followed by 20 minutes of restorative postures to unwind tension, leaving you balanced and renewed. Set to contemporary worship music, class will begin and end with “Sanctuary Moments” of prayer and reflection and will feature a theme designed to inspire you physically, mentally and spiritually.
