Our collective experience features: Qigong Movement: Fluid, meditative movement to shift stagnant energy and restore vital balance. Somatic Breathwork: Establish deep physical presence and calm the nervous system. Painting Journey: A guided, intuitive creative process to visually express and anchor your inner transition. Sound Healing: A restorative acoustic immersion to deepen relaxation and facilitate integration. Guided Journaling & Group Sharing: Focused writing prompts and open conversation to integrate your insights. Event Details & Preparation Experience Level: Open to everyone. No prior background in art, movement, or meditation is required. What to Wear: Loose, comfortable clothing suitable for light movement and working with art materials. What to Bring: An open mind and a small organic token from nature (such as a fallen leaf, a flower, or a pinecone). Step away from the holiday rush.
