About this event
Main Floor - Riverside. Explore the creative possibilities of everyday materials during a beginner-level recycled weaving workshop at the Ellsworth Public Library. From 10 am to 1 pm, participants can experiment with yarn, cardboard, and other repurposed materials while learning the basics of weaving in an approachable, hands-on setting. Materials will be provided, and participants are welcome to bring extra yarn from home if they have some to share or would like to incorporate it into their project. No previous weaving experience is needed. As a community space for all ages, the Ellsworth Public Library welcomes children, teens, adults, families, and curious makers to learn alongside one another.
