About this event
Community Room. Build strength, boost your confidence, and practice flowing movement with the body in this energizing free yoga flow class complete with modifications for all yogis levels. Men, women, and children 7 are welcome to attend. This class is instructed by a 200-hr Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. Limited mats and yoga props available to borrow. Feel free to bring your own mat, water bottle, towel, blanket, and other yoga props you might need.
