About this event
Community Room. Follow the yellow brick road to this amazifying yoga class, complete with themed poses based on L. Frank Baum's books, music from the 1939 Wizard of Oz film and the Wicked Films, and special stickers and pens for those studious Ozians. Class will blend different styles of yoga including power vinyasa flows and restful, restorative poses with modifications for all yogi levels. A Wizard of Oz-themed giveaway will follow after class. Class instructed by a 200-hr Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance and member of the International Wizard of Oz Club. Men, women, and children 7 are wecome to attend. Feel free to bring your own mat, water bottle, and towel. Limited yoga mats and props available to borrow while supplies last.
