About this event
Learn targeted exercises designed to restore healthy posture and improve balance. The class begins with a posture assessment to identify common deviations, followed by corrective movement strategies to help restore the body to its natural design and help become pain free. No class 11/27 Requirement: must be able to get up and down from the ground unassisted.
