Phone-Free Friday

During Phone-Free Fridays, MoMI invites visitors to experience the Museum with a little less distraction. Every Friday through December 11 (except for November 27), guests who check their smartphones at the door will receive 50% off general admission. This will allow guests to spend a few hours more fully present with the exhibitions, programs, and people around them. On these Fridays, the Museum will also feature free related programs that may include workshops, receptions, special guests, and more. Presented in partnership with Light, Phone-Free Friday is a simple experiment in attention: put the phone away, look around, and see how it changes your perspective. Participating visitors will be able to check their smartphones in the Museum lobby and will be given a key. Present the key at the admissions desk to receive the discount. Please note: this offer is available first come, first served; there is limited capacity.
