Join Nouha Belghmi as she moderates a panel discussion with Dr. Marlisa Santos about the banned book, How the Garcia Girls Lost Their Accents by Julia Alvarez. The Out of Sight, Not Out of Mind series recognizes books that are the center of state bans and challenges and analyzes them through a panel discussion, featuring legal, political, and historical experts, among others.
