Celebrate Ouray's heritage with a day of art, food, games, and family-friendly fun! Bring your friends, family, and neighbors to cheer on the hard rock mining competitions during Highgraders Holiday, sample delicious entries in the Women's Club of Ouray County Annual Chili Cookoff, and enjoy activities and entertainment for all ages. Saturday, August 22, 2026 Noon to 4:00 PM Fellin Park, Ouray ACTIVITIES 🏐 Volleyball & Bocce Ball tournaments 🌶️ Chili Cookoff ⛏️ HighGraders Holiday mining competition (9 AM-3 PM) 🏰 Bouncy houses 💦 Dunk tank 🎨 Local artist booths 🎲 Games for all ages 🎁 Door prizes (including a chance to win an Ouray Hot Springs Pool Annual Pass!) Plus, a free afternoon entry at Ouray Hot Springs for Ouray-area residents with completion of a community survey (available at the event) SCHEDULE Noon – Ouray Day begins 1–2 PM – Volleyball Tournament 1–3 PM – Chess Tournament 2-3 PM – Bocce Ball Tournament 2:30 PM – Kids Races 3 PM – Kickball Game 3-5 PM – Public Chili Tasting ($14) 3:30 PM – Door Prize Drawing Whether you're competing, cheering on friends, sampling chili, or simply enjoying an afternoon in the park, we hope to see you at Ouray Day!
