Play, breathe, move & grow! Join our fun, interactive playgroup for ages 2–6, exploring healthy breathing, tongue awareness, &coordination. Our Myofunctional Therapy Playgroup introduces children ages 2–6 to foundational oral and body awareness skills in a relaxed, engaging environment. Through games, songs, movement, and hands-on activities, we'll explore how our tongues, lips, jaws, and bodies work together! The best part? Your child will be learning important skills without even realizing they're learning! 🌟 What Will We Explore? Each 30-minute group will feature age-appropriate activities focusing on: 🌬️ Nasal Breathing: Fun activities that encourage awareness of breathing through the nose. 👅 Lip & Tongue Awareness: Discovering where our tongues belong and how our lips and tongues move. 🦷 Jaw Movement: Playful exercises to explore jaw control and movement. 🌈 Coordination & Crossing Midline: Movement games that support coordination and body awareness. 🤸 Body Awareness: Activities connecting movement, posture, and oral function. 💛 Oral-Motor Skills: Building awareness of the muscles we use for everyday activities.
