Title: MOTIVATED: Mines Loop at South Mountain Meet up at Cottonwood at 7:30 a.m. for departure at 7:45 a.m. Distance - 7.5 miles with 1375' AEG TH elevation - 1200+' TH: Bursera TH, 15441 S 19th Ave, Phoenix Description: This loop will include the following trails: Lost Ranch, Mine Drop Loop, National, Gila, and Bursera. Be on the lookout for abandoned mines along way. Restrooms: None Driver's Fee: $3 Leaders: Henry Silberblatt (480-895-1133) & Diane Alessi (480-277-5359) Driving directions: Google Maps: "Bursera Trailhead" West on Riggs Rd to I-10W. Exit onto 202W. Continue on 202W to the S 17th Ave EXIT. Continue on S 17th Ave. to W Chandler Blvd. Turn left onto W Chandler Blvd. TH is on the right, just past the fire station.
