Mobility Training for Neurological Disorders

Join Think Somatics with Kristin Jackson for small group sessions dedicated to folks with neurological disorders (Parkinson’s, MS, Guillain-Barré syndrome, etc) though anyone can join. These specialized movement lessons are designed to improve balance, posture, sensory awareness and more through a unique blend of movement and brain training. Kristin has 30+ years as a movement teacher with multiple certifications, which means you reap the benefits of a Personal Trainer, Somatic Educator, Pilates and Yoga Teacher all at one time. Kristin is highly attuned to her clients’ needs to make sessions safe and effective, so everyone can benefit. This class is generally done seated in a chair. There may be optional standing and walking explorations. Space is limited and registration is required.
