***EAST COURT* AT MIDTOWN GLOBAL MARKET** ***10 a.m*. to NOON** **Please bring a mask**—Masks are optional, but please be prepared to wear a mask if another participant asks you to. **What we are about**—Our meetups are about generating writing. We set a time (usually from 1 to 7 minutes), choose a prompt, and then we write. When the time is up, each person has the option to read or pass. Then we do it again. **What we do and don't do**—We do enjoy the creative process, turn off our inner editors, let our imaginations play, and have fun! We don't do any critiquing. We don't read anything written outside of the day's session. **Bring your favorite pen and notebook**—Please leave your laptop at home. If you need assistive tech, please bring whatever you need and let the leader know when you arrive. Otherwise you will get plied with spare notebooks and extra pens.
