After a fun Bay Area Dance Week experience, we will continue with Biodanza in the park on Tuesdays! Biodanza is a globally practiced authentic movement journey that opens our hearts to all of life, cultivates vitality, and nurtures deep peace with ourselves, and the world. No prior dance experience needed! I will guide us through a journey of nourishing exercises (in the whole group, solo, or in small groups).
