Jazz manouche from an eight-piece band

It's been a while since our Meetup group has seen the excellent band Barrio Manouche in its fully expanded form or been to the Pinnacle Path backyard concert series - so we're overdue for both! This band combines the instrumentation and signature of jazz manouche with modern jazz, flamenco, and Latin-American rhythms in a wide-ranging repertoire of adaptations and original compositions. The full Barrio Manouche group consists of: Javi Jiménez - Guitar and vocals Ross Howe - Guitar Cyril Guiraud - Saxophones & caxixi (percussion) Magali Sanscartier - Violin, vocals and percussion Luis Jiménez - Cajon and percussion Ivan Rondon - Bongos, vocals and flute Gary Johnson - Upright and electric bass Fanny Ara - Dance, palmas, castanets and vocals COST: $20 online or at the door. Folks may bring their own food or drink to enjoy during or before the show (but note that there is no bathroom access). **MOBILITY NOTE:** Attendees must go up an outdoor staircase to access the concert site.
