Please note: This is female course. The shooters will be female. And the lead instructor will be female. All instructors are NRA certified and have at least fifteen years of active training experience. COMBAT HANDGUN I W/ SHOOTHOUSE OPS (Beginner/Refresher) This course takes shooters from the basics up through the defensive use of the handgun in a safe and controlled environment. If you’re a civilian who has never fired a gun before or haven’t shot in a long time, this is the course for you. But it's also a very popular "refresher" course for professional shooters--like active police and military personnel--because it breaks them of any bad habits, while increasing their speed and accuracy. Class size is kept small and there is a high instructor-to-student ratio, so you will feel as if you are in a semi-private lesson. In addition to combat handgun skills, you will also train in our police/military shoothouse. Note: You do not need to own a handgun to participate. One will be provided for a nominal cleaning/maintenance fee (see note below).
