COMBAT HANDGUN I W/ SHOOTHOUSE OPS (Beginner/Refresher) This course takes shooters from the basics up through the defensive use of the handgun in a safe and controlled environment. If you’re a civilian who has never fired a gun before or haven’t shot in a long time, this is the course for you. But it's also a very popular "refresher" course for professional shooters--like active police and military personnel--because it breaks them of any bad habits, while increasing their speed and accuracy. Class size is kept small and there is a high instructor-to-student ratio, so you will feel as if you are in a semi-private lesson. In addition to combat handgun skills, you will also train in our police/military shoothouse. Note: You do not need to own a handgun to participate. One will be provided for a nominal cleaning/maintenance fee (see note below).
