K-12 Art Integration - Teachers/Parents

Plus, it's more fun for you, too! Best of all, you don't have to consider yourself an artist to be a teacher who integrates art. We'll learn why the Arts are so important for building 21st Century skills, explore several mediums, break through the "I can't make art" barriers, and learn how to develop integrated lesson plans. Candy Canning, former Boise State Art Education professor, Catalyst Founder & Director and professional artist, will be your guide. 1 PD/BSU credit can be claimed at the end of this 2-day course.
