Depending on which week you attend, you’ll learn about different tools, techniques, and subjects that will give you a strong foundation to grow from. You’ll explore how to choose and care for paints, brushes, and canvases, and discover how to take a painting from a simple sketch all the way to a finished piece. You’ll practice working from photo references, learn the basics of composition and design, and experiment with brushwork and color. Along the way, you’ll also get the chance to focus on specific subjects like trees, rocks, clouds, or water, building your skills step by step in a supportive, approachable environment. *Details:* Registration is $65.
