Join us to learn how we developed our pastured rabbit production system and how we utilize them in our vegetable production to heal the soil. This workshop will cover raising and breeding in a hybrid pasture model, perfect for homesteaders or enthusiasts looking to raise rabbits for meat. Throughout this workshop, we will explore the pastured systems that White Oak Pastures implements, along with looking back on how we have progressed and improved over the years. You will also learn how to humanely slaughter, then break down a rabbit carcass. Finally, we will demonstrate cooking techniques when working with rabbit meat in the kitchen.
