This is not about performance or sounding “good.” It is about feeling vibration in the body, releasing held energy, and allowing your authentic sound and self to emerge.​** ###### **You are welcome to sing, hum, tone, listen, rest, or participate in whatever way feels right for you. Bring your own instrument if you would like to add to the collective sound. We have 3 shruti boxes and 2 shamanic drums to share.​** ###### **Come as you are.
