Heart beat of the Drum Class returns with Mater Drummer Gerald C Rivers and class will be from 7:00-8:00pm every Monday night. All Levels welcome, learn the basics; slap, tone, bass, knock and flam learn to play in drum circles with both traditional west African rhythms as well as new and contemporary hip hop and popular ones. It's a fun and welcoming class and environment. It's been going for about 10 years some long time students and always new people. WE make it accessible and fun.
