We are excited to announce the upcoming StarMap Workshop, jointly organized by University of California, Riverside (UCR) and University of Southern California (USC). The workshop is "free of charge" and is designed to introduce participants to geospatial data analysis and visualization, with a focus on modern techniques and applications, including the use of LLMs for map styling and prompt-based workflows. It will also feature a hands-on final contest (with Prizes), offering students a chance to apply what they learn in an engaging and competitive setting.
