Explore famous poems involving emotional healing, activate your right brain by freewriting, and write whatever you’re inspired to write. Anyone struggling to cope with emotional trauma such as loss, major illness, or family conflict is invited to participate–beginners welcome. The group is designed as a Safe Space. Only positive feedback is allowed. Every assignment or class expectation is optional. Nobody needs to share or disclose anything they don’t want to. And what’s said in the group, stays in the group.
