Friday, September 25 — 3:00pm-4:00pm at Yoga Pearl North Boulder Description: In this class we will dim the lights and settle into a Yin class with Sound Healing for the Full Moon. Yin is a restorative practice that connects mind and body in a sequence of passive yoga poses. Expect this class to include moments of stillness, ending with soothing sound healing in Savasana. This class was designed to take care of the body for increased functionality and joy! The goal of this practice is to potentiate personal and communal well-being.
