We'll gather for community and a warm cup of Ayurvedic tea from Solstice Chai. Then we'll move through an embodied vinyasa practice designed to help you meet yourself where you are. We'll integrate the evening and settle into a deeply restorative sound healing journey with planetary gongs and sacred instruments with Valerie.
