Reserve Your Seat Here Ironbound's own Fire Master, Gunnar Bentley, welcomes friends Aaron Oster (A-OK Berkshire BBQ Co-Founder) and Coby Farrow (Food Network’s Big Restaurant Bet + Awesome Ice Tea Co. Founder) for an intimate night at the Mother Fire. The three chefs will join forces on Thursday, October 1st, to cook over live flame for an evening of seasonal fare and community gathering. The night kicks off with cocktails and hors d'oeuvres served fireside, where guests will rub shoulders with our farmers and chefs as each course is prepared on our 30-foot Argentinian-style grill, lovingly dubbed the Mother Fire. We will then move inside to our renovated 18th Century barn where dinner will be served family-style with dishes showcasing the abundance of our fall harvest—catering to vegans and meat-eaters alike. Each plate will feature products from our own regenerative farm and from our network of local farmer and food artisan partners. And finally, as the early October dusk turns to dark, we will mingle around our firepits for dessert under the stars. To gather is to listen, to share, to laugh, and to learn. We all find our way back to the fire - and on this evening, as fall slowly wraps its arms around us, we connect to enjoy each other's company and share a meal celebrating the transition into a new season.
