Free Literacy Tutoring Program Join Reading Partners and the Newark Public Library for free one-on-one literacy tutoring designed for Newark students entering Kindergarten through 4th Grade. This program provides individualized reading support in a welcoming and engaging environment to help students strengthen their literacy skills and build confidence as readers.
