About this event
Visit the Story Hour Room for a kids' yoga program with Freckly Face Yoga! During this event, we'll focus on: Poses to keep our bodies active, strong & flexible Mindfulness tools like deep belly breathing & meditation Fun yoga games Why yoga for kids? Yoga is more than movement! Through yoga, we practice resilience, loving-kindness, creating calm & peace, inclusion...and FUN! We kindly ask all participants to please bring their own yoga mat or towel. This program is for ages 5-8 and requires registration. Registration will open two weeks before the program date. Thank you to the Friends of the Library for sponsoring this event!
