Except for one thing: children have started disappearing, and their parents swear they never had any to begin with. **The Crooked Carnival** is a dark-fantasy **D&D 5e** one-shot for 5th–7th level characters, mixing exploration, roleplay, puzzles, and combat into one night at an impossible midway. Somewhere under the string lights waits a smiling ringmaster who already seems to know more about your party than he should.
