Daily Prayer: How, What, Why
Prayer is the lifeblood of our relationship with God — but how do we actually pray, especially when time is short and words are lacking? In this three-session class, Canon Bradley Varnell will help you find both the time to pray and the words to pray, introducing the Episcopal Church’s rich liturgies for daily prayer. You’ll be guided in using these liturgies on your own, and together the group will reflect honestly on the challenges — and the gifts — of praying every day. Those looking to establish a regular rhythm of prayer are especially encouraged to attend. But all are welcome, no matter how long — or short — you’ve been praying.
