Create, learn, explore! Join us for a creative afternoon for youth aged 10+. Meet other people who like to create, make art, and share ideas. Each month we will have a specific staff-led project that everyone can join in on, one STEM challenge with limited supplies, materials and tools for exploration, and space for youth work on their own projects. This is a time for middle school aged students to learn a new skill, or independently use maker equipment. If there are neurodivergent youth interested in doing a project and attending in-person programming is difficult or causes discomfort, please reach out to Josie at josieh@deschuteslibrary.org to request a take-home kit with instructions and materials for one aspect of the program.
