Acting as a somatic and soulful reset, this session is part creative lab, part stress-relief sanctuary, and part personal growth workshop. Participants can expect to bring home a unique, aesthetic work to act as an intention anchor and reminder in their home. Each session is structured around three pillars: \- Somatic Unloading: Evidence\-based stress relief tools \(movement\, breath\, or tactile grounding\) discharge the accumulated tension of the month\. \- Introspective Pivot: Through guided "micro\-journaling" and reflective prompts\, you'll identify what you are leaving behind and what you want to shift in the next “mini\-chapter" of your life\. \- Creative Manifestation: The session culminates in a multimedia deep dive\. Using a different medium each month–from intuitive clay to expressive collage\-\-you'll create a physical anchor for your intentions\.
