Intermediate Watercolors

Take your watercolor skills further by layering, breaking down images, and more. While your instructor, Jessica, will have watercolor paints and brushes available for use, students are highly encouraged to bring their own so they can practice and gain confidence with their personal supplies. Prerequisites: Students should have solid grasp of working with watercolors, including controlling water content, creating clean lines, and gradients. Students are encouraged to have completed Jessica's "Intro to Watercolor Part 1" and "Part 2" courses, with continued practice after completing these courses. About your instructor: Jessica is classically trained artist, with BFA in concept design and visual development from Academy of Art University in San Francisco. She has spent over 10 years working as freelance illustrator and fine artist. She now works in multiple mediums including watercolor, acrylics, and water soluble oils, and teaches lots of our drawing and painting classes at "the Cat!" **Ages 14+ are welcome!
