This is not choreography — it’s an invitation to move from the inside out and let your body lead. The dance begins with a gentle warm-up and opening circle before moving through a guided, music-driven journey inspired by the elements: Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether. Through these elemental waves, participants are invited to explore grounding, flow, power, lightness, and spaciousness — releasing what no longer serves and awakening vitality, joy, and presence. The experience concludes with a brief reflection, a paired witness dance, and a closing circle, allowing space for integration and connection. **What to expect**: * A welcoming, non-judgmental space * Guided elemental movement journey * Music, expression, and embodied release * Integration and reflection * Community connection No dance experience is needed. This practice is for everybody — honoring your own pace, boundaries, and expression. Move what needs to move. Reconnect with your body. Come home to yourself.
