Class: Soup Series - Verde Pork Stew $105.00 We’re finally letting go of summer because SOUP SEASON IS HERE! Join us for a series of hands on Thursday classes dedicated to everything warm, cozy and delicious about a great pot of soup. We’ll dive into silky puréed soups, big chunky stewed soups, rich broths and all the good stuff that goes alongside. Different soups, different techniques and a whole lot of reasons to get excited about colder days ahead. Grab a spoon, we’re doing soup! This one is all about big flavor. In this hands on class, we’ll build a rich pork green chile with tender pork shoulder, roasted green chiles, tomatillos, onion and garlic, along with fresh, tangy pickled vegetables to cut through all that richness. You’ll work through plenty of knife work, learn how to properly sear the pork, roast chiles and build a deeply flavored pot of deliciousness. Rich, hearty and made for dipping warm tortillas in! Price includes gratuity. Beverages will be available for purchase throughout the event.
