Class: Soup Series - French Onion $105.00 We’re finally letting go of summer because SOUP SEASON IS HERE! Join us for a series of hands on Thursday classes dedicated to everything warm, cozy and delicious about a great pot of soup. We’ll dive into silky puréed soups, big chunky stewed soups, rich broths and all the good stuff that goes alongside. Different soups, different techniques and a whole lot of reasons to get excited about colder days ahead. Grab a spoon, we’re doing soup! French onion soup is simple in theory, but getting it really right is all about time and technique. In this hands on class, we’ll slowly caramelize onions, build a rich beef broth and finish each bowl with toasted bread and plenty of bubbling, golden Gruyère. While the onions do their thing, we’ll make a classic bistro salad with frisée, spinach, bacon lardons and Dijon vinaigrette, plus a compound butter for warm rustic bread. A little French bistro cooking and a seriously good bowl of soup. Price includes gratuity. Beverages will be available for purchase throughout the event.
