Along the trail, they discover that life has a way of teaching its biggest lessons in the most unexpected places. Starring Billy Crystal, Daniel Stern, Jack Palance, and Bruno Kirby, this Academy Award-winning comedy blends heartfelt storytelling with unforgettable humor and breathtaking western landscapes. This Colorado-themed screening celebrates the spirit of the modern West and the places that continue to inspire it. While much of the film was shot in New Mexico, its themes of open spaces, ranching heritage, mountain landscapes, and personal renewal resonate deeply throughout Colorado and the San Juan Mountains. Funny, thoughtful, and surprisingly moving, City Slickers reminds us that sometimes the hardest trail to ride is the one that leads us back to ourselves. Doors open at 6:30 pm.
