For this Chef’s Counter, we’re leaning into that sweet spot at the end of the season when tomatoes, peaches, corn, peppers, herbs, and berries are all still showing off. Four courses built around late summer before we start making the turn toward fall. Pull up a seat at the counter and let us cook for you.
