Candle Pouring Workshop - Part 1

About this event

Turn a piece of pottery into your own custom candle in this two-part workshop. During the first session, choose a pre-made vessel from the Paint Your Own Pottery collection and make it your own using studio glazes. Your piece will then be fired and ready for you when you return one week later. For part two, you’ll use your finished vessel to create a custom candle, choosing your fragrance before filling it with soy wax. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT Part One | September 20 Choose a pre-made pottery vessel Paint and customize it with studio glazes Glazing and firing included Part Two | September 27 Return to your finished, fired vessel Choose your candle fragrance Pour your own soy wax candle Soy wax and essential oil fragrances included Please Note: This is a two-part workshop, and attendance at both sessions is required. Candles need approximately one hour to cure after pouring and may be picked up later or the following day.
