Brainwave Boxing is a fun, engaging class designed to improve balance, strength, and coordination through boxing techniques. Safely work your joints, challenge your brain, and boost mobility. Proven benefits for Parkinson’s and overall wellness. All skill levels welcome, train at your own pace and keep moving strong! Required: Boxing gloves. Please purchase these on your own (12 oz. size gloves are appropriate), can be found at most sporting goods stores. Please bring: a yoga mat, towel, and water.
