William Jeanes Community Room. Did you know that the library repairs books? Have you ever checked out a library book and found it...a little bit broken? Come learn how we repair books so that we get those popular books back in your hands AND save the library a lot of money! We'll also talk about the dos and don'ts of the kinds of repairs you can do with your own books. Adult Services Librarian Jennifer Tyson has been handmaking books for nearly 30 years and has repaired hundreds of library books over the last decade, as well as led workshops for other librarians on book repair.
