Fletcher Room, Main Library. FFL's newest cookbook club is all about baking. This month, we are making pizza! Ken Forkish's The Elements of Pizza will have you shopping for a pizza oven in no time. Baker, Anna Mays, will provide a demonstration. Participants will make pizza and we discuss what worked well and what didn't. Email Barbara at bshatara@burlingtonvt.gov for more info.
