Your Retreat Experience: 🌺 Heart-Opening Cacao Ceremony Begin your morning with a sacred ceremonial cacao experience led by special guest Erik “Guru” Lieux, inviting presence, gratitude, intention, and heart-centered connection. 🌬 Somatic Movement & Breathwork Ease into the experience with gentle somatic movement and guided breathwork designed to calm the nervous system, release tension, and prepare the body for deep relaxation. 🎶 Immersive Sound Healing Meditation Relax comfortably while crystal singing bowls, gongs, healing flutes, chimes, and other soothing instruments create a deeply restorative sound meditation that quiets the mind and nourishes the spirit. 🌿 Guided Forest Bathing & Nature Immersion One of the highlights of our retreat is a peaceful guided forest bathing experience through the enchanting tropical gardens of Bonnet House. Suitable for all experience levels. ⏰ Arrival Gates open at 8:30 AM Retreat begins promptly at 9:00 AM Please allow extra travel time for bridge openings, parking, and check-in. 🎒 What to Bring Beach towel Extra water /snack (Cafe opens at 11:00 am) Comfortable clothing Comfortable walking shoes Optional journal for reflection Everything else is provided.
