Align & Balance

Align & Balance at Owl’s Nest Wednesdays | 9:30 – 10:30 AM Upper Level, Lakehouse at Owl’s Nest Join us for Align & Balance, a gentle movement class designed to improve posture, balance, and flexibility while helping reduce everyday tension and discomfort. This hybrid class can be attended in person or live via Zoom. After registering, participants attending online will receive a Zoom link. The class is led by Courtney, a certified postural therapist with more than 20 years of experience, and is open to all fitness levels. Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing. Arrive a few minutes early to settle in before class begins.
