Join us for one of the many trails in Los Alamos. Length: 2.9 miles ... Difficulty: Intermediate ... Elevation gain: 390 ft ... Route type: loop ... Dogs: yes. All Trails says "This scenic loop trail begins at the Los Alamos Nature Center and features two stunning bridges over Pueblo Canyon. As you traverse through open pine woods, you’ll enjoy elevated views from benches that overlook the canyon floor. It's a beautiful spot to immerse yourself in nature while exploring the area’s unique landscapes." Santa Fe people will meet at the Tesuque casino at 8:00 AM and the Los Alamos people will meet at the the Aquatic Center at about 8:50 AM. If you want to meet me at the Aquatic Center, please leave a message on this website. Wear good hiking boots. Bring poles, hat, sunscreen, a rain coat, plenty of water and lunch or snacks. Dogs on leash are Welcome.
