Leesburg Public Library - Study Room 1. The Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) helps promote strong and economically self-sufficient communities by determining eligibility for food, cash, and medical assistance for individuals and families in Florida. MyACCESS is DCF’s self-service web portal where individuals can apply for, renew, and manage their public assistance benefits. Representatives from Mobile Access will be at the library on the second Wednesday of each month to assist with applications and answer questions. They will be available from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the McLin Room on the second floor. Walk-ins only; no appointment necessary.
